He explained the importance of transparency and honesty in our horizontal relationships. Most people don’t understand the importance of being honest and many stumble at the thought of it. Dr. Stevenson dispelled the fallacy that your lies will protect you. After this message, he gave many in the room the opportunity to vocalize their honesty to those that felt connected to. Whether it was peer level or mentor relationships.
